Notez : "jusqu’à ce que" introduit parfois l’indicatif, lorsqu’on veut marquer la réalité du fait (Le train s’arrêtait à chaque gare jusqu’à ce qu’apparut la Loire). On peut utiliser, avec moins d’effet "jusqu’au moment où".

– les deux faits sont simultanés : "comme, pendant que, tandis que, en même temps que, quand, lorsque, alors que, au moment où, à l’heure où, à présent que, maintenant que", etc. Le verbe de la subordonnée est à l’ indicatif.

Notez : "après que" exige, d’après la règle, l’indicatif (Ils sortirent après qu’il eurent parlé et non …qu’ils eussent).
